Fred I totally respect you guys and understand the sheer effort you guys put into this place but whats wrong with lots of riders or riders in general when they can clearly ride and throw down like this?! Surely you don't get people traveling all that way to ruin them do you??

The yellow one is a P-66 Street. The only difference is that it has rear brake bosses for rim brakes, the white one is a P-66 dirt. If your running disc's go for the P-66 dirt

The most popular fork for 4x are the Fox 831. At 3.97lbs they are super light and the tapered steerer helps with the strength.

Apart from that Rockshox are a popular option along with the Marzocchi but if your budget allows 831's with the tapered steerer are a great fork!!

I would personally go Mavic's but the freedoms are cheaper and are more readily avaliable. A lot of people run them so they cant be bad? To get blue EX721's you'll have some searching to do!!!

Thanks mate. Yeah it rides super quick on the pedals and still positive and stable in the air which is really nice. Running the rear chainstays all the way in gives a really responsive back end especially when manualing.

Thanks mate, glad you like it!! I am loving every minute i ride it!

I just used the Shimano 9 speed spacers. They are avaliable from Shimano as a spare. Also be careful if you are taking any sprockets off the smaller tooth end. The last sprocket has built in grip to stop the lock ring coming off. You can over come this with a washer with grip but just be aware! If you want more pics just say and i'll get snapping later! :o)

The Atlas FR i think are lighter than Saints?! not by much but i think they are a bit lighter. Which is why i chose them! if you ever get new forks I would really recommend the 2011 Fox 831s they are so sooooo smooth and feel spot on, still adjusting the setting on mine but well worth the money!

Hmmm now that is tempting!! If i could bar spin!!! Plus there is one very big problem...I run my right foot forward and if you look my foot is hitting my tyre and it always does. I wear my shoes out because of it buzzing. However, it stops me getting a full X-Up unless i one foot it which is no prob just annoying i cant get it all the way round without one footer.

Cool. I have been tempted to change as a lot of people are converting! I have been trying to figure out where to save weight on mine as the 26-27lbs mark was my ideal goal but cant see where its gone to 27lbs9oz!!!! Think the scales must have been broken! hahaa
